Oil Filter Installation

EN-726-A Oil Filter Spanner

For equivalent regional tools, Refer to Special Tools : 1.6L LXT .

Note: Coat the oil filter sealing surface with NEW engine oil.

1. Install the oil filter (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




2. Tighten the oil filter, use the EN-726-A wrench (1) and tighten to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).
