Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove fuel tank filler door. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Door Replacement .
2. Drain fuel tank if necessary. If the fuel level is over half filled. Refer to Fuel Tank Draining .
3. Remove rear wheelhouse panel liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement .
4. Remove fuel tank filler pipe housing. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement .

Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bracket Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)
